1. How old do you have to be to ride an eBike?

      All riders must be at least 18, unless a parent is also riding. Then riders can be as young as 16 years old.
    2. Are there any restrictions on who can ride an eBike?

      No one under 16 can ride an eBike, and there is a Max-Weight limit of 285 pounds. Anyone renting an eBike should have experience riding a bicycle and be tall enough to stand and reach the ground while straddling the eBike.
    3. Can we get rental times other than what you have listed in the booking form?

      Booking times are set to allow time for deliveries. Custom times can be arranged on an as needed basis, per available eBikes and staff. Please contact us if you need specialized times.
